Description: Insert a metering orifice between your gun and flat tip to get increased transfer efficiency, a softer spray pattern, and spray at lower pressures. Turn your flat tips into fine-finish tips with a metering orifice.

Each metering orifice is machined from brass and has solvent resistant O-rings, so you don’t have to use a standard flat tip gasket. Use a metering orifice that is .002” – .004” larger than the tip you are using.

Example: Use a .015” metering orifice with a .013” tip. 5000 PSI (345 BAR).
