VIBRATOR PSI REQUIREMENTS:
• DO NOT EXCEED 60 PSI
• MUST SUPPLY A MINIMUM OF 20 PSI FOR PROPER OPERATION

Adding a vibrator to an Empire™ style blast cabinet/reclaimer system is extremely valuable when doing “trash blasting.”  Paint chips, gasket chunks, and other debris can cause abrasive to pile up in the reclaimer screen.  When the pile gets high enough, good abrasive is carried over as unusable abrasive wasting it.
