Fitting of the Small Range Scissor Carriage

Slide the back end of the tool into the expanded carriage, through the front collar and into the rear collar, the rear collar should be located in front of the breather vent holes on the seal retainer body, do not block the vent holes. Now tighten the two (2) set screws on the rear collar.

Adjust the carriage to suit the internal diameter of the pipe by expanding the carriage scissor mechanism and tighten the two (2) socket set screws on the front collar.

Check that the rotating head spins freely.
