Understanding tip sizes is critical for proper spray performance.
Each 3-digit tip number represents:
- First digit = Spray angle (fan width)
- Last two digits = Orifice size (flow rate in thousandths of an inch)

- A 206 tip = 20° spray angle + 0.006” orifice
- A 306 tip = 30° spray angle + 0.006” orifice
- A 406 tip = 40° spray angle + 0.006” orifice

Warranty & Returns
Warranty: 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items (tips, needles, seals, gaskets, filters, hoses, etc.) are not covered. Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, lack of cleaning/maintenance, contamination, chemical incompatibility, freezing, or shipping damage after delivery is not covered. Warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase and an RMA; we reserve the right to inspect and deny claims.
Returns: No returns once paint/coating has been loaded into the gun or the gun has been used. Unused items may be eligible for return only if unopened and in original packaging (restocking fee may apply). Contact us for an RMA before sending anything back—returns without an RMA will be refused.
